George H. Dean Company announces the installation of a new Xerox iGen4™ Digital Press and fully automated Fuji Javelin 8600S plate system.

Upgrading to the iGen4 gives us near offset quality with advanced Gracol/ICC profiling for color matching, auto density color control, high definition linearization for precise screening, elimination of density variation and better reproduction of neutral grays. Automatic color calibration ensures consistent color throughout the run and from job to job. The iGen4's large print format (14.33 x 22.5) and vast substrate library increases the range of products the press can produce.

The fully automated Fuji Javelin 8600S CTP System with multi-cassette loader, in-line plate punching and processing will create higher quality, efficiency and productivity in prepress and the pressroom.
